Initial consultation: Complimentary

At the initial meeting a complimentary design consultation takes place to discuss your project. At this time, we discuss design direction and lifestyle requirements for your new or existing home. It is important for us to determine and interpret who you are and how you want to live in your new space. This will enable us to provide a customized design plan for your home that is tailored to your design preference and lifestyle.

Design Proposal:

Based on the initial consultation, we will prepare a detailed project estimate that will outline the scope of design services to be performed and will provide a set design service fee for the project. After receiving our estimate, you can rest assured that your project will be delivered for the estimated quote.

Design Presentation:

We will create a custom design plan specific to your renovation or new home construction. The custom design plan is project specific, depending on the scope of the project the plan may provide architectural detailing, dimensional drawings, elevations, color selection, lighting selection, material selection and other required interior specification.

Implementation of Project:

Design project management with a focus on communication with the client, architect, builder and vendors. Frequent site visits to ensure proper implementation of design and materials.
