Initial Consultation: Complimentary

At the initial meeting a complimentary design consultation takes place to discuss your project. At this time, we discuss design direction and lifestyle requirements for your new or existing home. It is important for us to determine and interpret who you are and how you want to live in your new space. This will enable us to provide a customized design plan for your home that is tailored to your design preference and lifestyle.

Design proposal:

Based on the initial consultation, we will prepare a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of design services to be performed. The estimate will break down the project by living space. Each living space will have a product estimate and a fixed design service fee. The design proposal provides you with an accurate and pre-determined budget for each room before the project begins.

Design Presentation:

The design presentation will provide floor plans, dimensional drawings, lighting selection, furniture specification, art selection, window covering design and fabric selections. The presentation will show carefully curated furniture selections in a slide presentation along with drawings and material selections. We will work with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the selections and design direction and welcome a revision if required. Once the presentation has been approved, we will collect the deposit for the products and materials and begin purchasing. Once the product has been ordered it is non-refundable. We will continually communicate with you during the process of managing the purchasing and installation of the project.

Implementation of Project

During the implementation phase of the project we manage the client project with a focus on clear and consistent communication. We handle all aspects of the project timeline to ensure a timely outcome: purchasing, delivery and installation.
